1. MDT – COMFORTABLE AND COMFORTABLE

Seco MDT (Multi-Directional Turning) is in any case suitable for a wide variety of applications including grooving, profiling, turning, cutting and threading. Relatively long inserts also increase stability. The MDT is also available in combination with Jetstream Tooling®, a high-pressure coolant system that directs coolant flow to the blade.

2. 150.10 – CUT OFF

Optimized for severing applications, the Seco 150.10 includes a high-speed steel blade that holds the insert and a holder that holds the blade. This design provides maximum stability, while the heat of the steel blade ensures that the insert will be held in place especially when the blade is hot. 150.10 is also available in combination with the Jetstream Tooling® Duo, a high-pressure cooling system that delivers coolant directly to the blade by two streams to the front corner and open faces.

4. MINI-SHAFT – CHECK IN SMALL DIAMETER

The Seco Mini-Shaft™ system includes shanks and inserts for turning, grooving, precision grooving, profiling, backing and threading. You can use the system in holes as small as 8 mm (Mini-Shaft™ 08) or 11 mm (Mini-Shaft™ 11). Seco Mini-Shaft™ features a new type of coupler with double notches for a stable and secure connection. The system also has good repeatability (±0.02 mm).
