Dispute resolution

During the performance of the contract, if there is a dispute, Azcom Company will discuss with the related parties and resolve it by negotiation.

If not, the matter cannot be resolved by negotiation, it will be brought to settlement at the Economic Arbitration in Hanoi.

The arbitrator's award is final and the parties are responsible for compliance.
