-Customer issues a detailed Purchase Order (or Sales Contract) and sends it to AZCOM company. AZCOM Company accepts and signs the confirmation to send back to the Customer. (including email/fax form)

The Purchase Order/Contract is effective when fully signed by competent persons of both parties.


During the performance of the contract, if there is a dispute, the parties will discuss and resolve it by negotiation. If not, the matter cannot be resolved by negotiation, it will be brought to settlement at the Economic Arbitration in Hanoi.
