Azcom Company collects and stores Customer / Supplier information in order to:

• Serving for the performance of transactions between Azcom company and Customers/Suppliers.
• Collect and analyze internal data.

Customers/Suppliers who have transactions with the company will be required to provide the following contact information via Email: azcom@azcomvn.com

• Personal information: Full name, phone number, personal email ...
• Legal information: Company name, Address, Phone, Fax, Email...

Scope of information use

The collected information will only be used within the company and between the company and the Customer/Supplier; or with a 3rd service unit including the Shipping/Banking unit involved in the purchase and sale transaction.

Information storage time

Your information data will be stored on the Azcom company's computer system until there is a request from the Customer / Supplier for deletion.
