Purpose

In order to ensure the interests of consumers, improve the quality of after-sales service. Customers can exchange for a new product of the same type if the product has an irreparable problem.

Products to be exchanged must meet the following conditions

• The product does not meet your expectations.
• Products are broken, broken, deformed during transportation.
• The product does not conform to the product specifications, wrong information about the product, color, type, product code as the customer has ordered.
• The product is missing components and accessories as announced by the manufacturer.

Terms of exchange and refund

• The validity period for the exchange and return of goods is 07 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer.
• You also keep the receipt of confirmation, delivery of goods, purchase invoice, bank statement or receipt of the company to confirm that you have purchased the product at
• The product must have its original belt, packaging, and tags intact.

In case of not accepting returns,

• Customers want to change types and models but do not notify in advance.
• Product failure due to improper operation by the customer.
• Customers do not comply with the requirements as required to enjoy the warranty.
• Customers do not use the product in accordance with the requirements of the product, do not read the manual before use.

Customers directly contact the office of Azcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company. After receiving a Certificate of Condition with the content of damaged goods due to technical errors that cannot be repaired immediately, the exchange will be made in accordance with regulations.

The process of handling exchange or return procedures is done within 07 (seven) days from the date Azcom receives all the information and documents as prescribed from the customer.
