PRECIMASTER PLUS – Interchangeable head reamer The Precimaster™ Plus is a modular system that offers increased reaming speed, stability and flexibility for more cost-effective, more precise hole machining. Building on the success of the original Precimaster, this system features innovative high-precision connections, disposable solid carbide tool heads as well as popular types for through-hole and through-hole applications. These improvements allow to keep dimensional tolerances in the range of 15 to 25 microns and surface gloss from Ra. 4 to Ra. 8. The Precimaster Plus uses disposable solid carbide tips ranging in diameter from 10 mm to 60 mm and fits into four standard shank sizes. Short, medium and long shank lengths to adapt to situations with limited clearance, common hole depths and up to 10 x D, respectively.

2. NANOFIX – UNIQUE CACBIT Knife.

NANOFIX – UNIQUE CACBIT RUNNERS Nanofix solid carbide reamers are designed for small diameters from 2.97 to 12.05 mm (0.117” – 0.474″) These versatile reamers have an internal cooling system. easy to adjust, so the spray pattern can be set for either a bobbin or a shallow hole, depending on the application. Nanofix produces hole quality IT7. This multi-tooth solid carbide reamer is available in three geometries: EB45, EB845 and EB25. The range includes coated and uncoated grades. Nanofix knives are also available in shorter lengths, making them well-suited for compact and turning applications.

3. BIFIX – ADJUSTABLE ONE-BAND RUNDER.

H3. BIFIX – ADJUSTABLE ONE-BRAND DRAWER Bifix™ is a model with high-precision interchangeable blades that provides high-precision performance for all groups of workpiece materials. These products can achieve IT6 hole tolerance and 0.25 Ra surface finish thanks to three cermet guides and a precision adjustment system.

4. XFIX – ADJUSTABLE BIGGER DIAMETER

H4. XFIX – ADJUSTABLE LARGE DIAMETER DRILL Xfix™ is a generation of large diameter multi-tooth products that offer the highest possible precision and performance for hole production. Thanks to the expansion program and modular construction, these reamers can achieve cutting depths of up to 6.5xD in the diameter range of 39.5 – 154.5 mm. This product line is fast and easy to adjust. No adjustment of the precisely manufactured insert holder is required for the rear taper, while only one screw is required to set the diameter and secure the insert.
