The jig on the grinder combined with the 3-prong chuck and the tilt table is intended to clamp round parts on the grinder with ease, and shape the part accurately according to specifications. That combination will help you save time clamping the part, and position the part more accurately and easily.

The base of the inclined table is flattened to achieve high precision, the 3 clamps move smoothly and have a high centering to help clamp the part accurately so that the part is not deflected when in use.

This type of chuck used is a VSC-3 chuck with a jaw opening in the range of Ø2-70 mm so that you can grind different sizes on this one grip jig.

Before using you should align the correct angles from the parallelism of the part to the base, or the perpendicularity of the part to the grinding wheel so that you can achieve the accuracy you want.

On the other hand, this clamping fixture has a graduated disc and is divided into 24 major angles with each angle consisting of 15 degrees and divided precisely by 10 gauge lines to help you make measurements accurate clamping as well as detailed grinding .
