Uses: fix many different types of grinding wheel profiles.

– The accuracy between 2 consecutive shifts is about 0.0001~0.0002mm.

– Stone repair jigs have a path of 0.98” (25mm) with a gauge pitch of 0.01mm.

- Quiet operation. The stone correction diamond head automatically returns to the center position after fixing the angle. As a result, the V-TDC fixture can fix many complex profiles quickly and accurately (center height 195mm).

– No need to use diamond tips to fix watch stones or use other measuring tools.

– Precise sharp profile over 180°. Accuracy is 0.025mm (0.001”).

– The size of the inner radius can be corrected: 0-76.2R(mm).

– The size of the outside radius can be fixed: 0.8R-88.9R(mm).

- Made from alloy steel, heat treated and polished.
