PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS OF VERTEX's V-TDF DOUBLE GRINDING STONE:

– VERTEX V-TDF dual grinding wheel repair fixture is used to repair 2 sides of the grinding wheel simultaneously.

– V-TDF dual grinding wheel fixing jig is used to fix the size of the grinding wheel thickness, or thin the grinding wheel size to sharpen the groove.

– The range of grinding wheel thicknesses that the V-TDF fixture can fix is from 0.2mm to 40mm.

The maximum stone surface depth that can be repaired is 40mm. – The stride of the 2 stone repair diamond heads is 0.02mm.

– Clip 2 diamond stitches to fix stones Φ10mm. – The jigs are used by hand, not including the stone repair diamond head included.

– VERTEX V-TDF stone repair jigs are made of tool steel, heat treated to a hardness of 60HRC, for long time use.
