– Used in processing round parts that need to be divided into equal parts such as gears, hole discs, etc.
– CS-6 and CS-8 graduated tables already include 3-prong chuck, 250mm(10”) inner table and direct split hole plates: 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12.
– Products with manual graduations are rotated indirectly through the transmission of the gear screw mechanism. The ratio between the crank and the turntable is 1:90.
– The dividing line on the handwheel is 1’. And can read up to 10” with the included subdials.
– It is possible to divide directly with equal divisions: 2, 3,4, 6, 8, 12 and 24.
– Accuracy of rotary table: ±0.02mm.
– The accessories are similar to the rotary table. The optional graduated disc set is the DP-4. Anti-mind to buy more for CS-6 is TS-2; for CS-8 is TS-3.
