We introduce Dine Inc.'s OFH float retainer, which improves surface roughness through the removal of wear and feed marks of work pieces and minimizes brush wear.

Equipped with floating function

It is a dedicated abor (floating function) with constant pressure, which reduces lead time and improves productivity.

Improved brush tool life (50% improvement over collet chucks)

Compared with the use of a floating holder (OFH), a conventional collet chuck caused by rapid wear of the brush during wear reduces the life of the brush tool.

Sleeve brush

Different sizes of sleeves and brushes are available. When using a sleeve (OFHS), the same performance can be supported not only by using a floating holder, but also by fastening it to a tool that is compatible with different sleeves.
