The parallel spacer is used to buffer and align the workpiece, when clamping the workpiece on the milling machine vise.

Vertex VP-100 parallel buffer features:

– The VP-100 parallel buffer set makes the clamping process on the milling machine more convenient.

– Parallelism of surfaces is: ±0.005. – Accuracy of cushions: 0.01mm.

- Made from high grade alloy steel. The four sides of the mattress are polished.

– Surface hardness reaches: 48 – 53 HRC. – The VP-100 parallel mattress set includes 18 pieces (9 pairs). Thickness size W (5mm to 22mm); H height (16mm to 62mm); L length (100 or 150mm) of the body pads and the size of the pads for clamps please see more pictures above.
