This stone is made of moderately soft SIC beads with sharp points designed to quickly conform to the detailed forms of the mold. It is best suited for pre-treatment operations of diamond paste and best for molds requiring fine finishing, such as mirror finishing. Also suitable for polishing mold hard materials.

Applications of GC Stone:

Press Mold. Rubber mold. Molding. Features with special bonding-mixed green SIC particles. This stone does not damage the surface and is stable. It is suitable  with carbide and quenched steel.

Applications of EDM-BL:

Rubber mold. Plastic Mold This special stone has higher hardness and less wear. It shows high performance for polishing details, such as corners of sharp corners

Applications of DIE Stone:

Rubber mold. Plastic mold A best stone for quenched steel from HRC 47 to 63. The medium hardness of this stone gives the steel an excellent finish and the sharp A-bead cutting allows polishing of hard materials .

Applications of EDM-PK:

Rubber mold. This stone plastic mold is finished after we pursue sharpness with a unique production method and plastic processing. This is most suitable for removing the hard layer after EDM treatment and subsequent stoning. * Pencil Pink (#320) and Pencil Gray (#150 and #600) may be supplied with grain grades other than listed.

Rubber mold. Casting mold. Lap Mate plastic molds are manufactured to keep new blades constantly with minimun bonds and maximum particle density to prevent falling out. Due to our specially treated resin, the form of the edge is elongated and can be used for detailed finishes as well as rough and medium finishes.

Casting mold. Plastic mold You can use this stone with reciprocating machine and ultrasonic machine because this stone is very hard to break. You can always keep the blade new and sharp by avoiding the particles falling out by using the original special bond. This initial new bond allows for the removal of the hard layer after EDM treatment.
