CatalogKV has a superior design with two oil lines (controlling the clamping opening and closing mode independently of each clamp), along with a checkvalve (safety valve) at each clamp; help ensure absolute safety for the mold clamping system. When the system has been activated in clamp mode, if there is a problem such as power failure, or oil leak; pipeline breaks… then the clamps are still guaranteed to continue clamping with standard clamping force for a minimum of 24 hours…)
KV is suitable for use with plastic machines with T-SLOT slotted pliers, the clamping head has the ability to move flexibly to suit a variety of sizes and thicknesses of the mold base plate.
