EasyBuilder configuration software helps users of all experience levels quickly set up their applications — no programming knowledge required. This easy-to-use interface guides you through the process of setting up your vision application step-by-step.
Working from part pictures, four simple steps complete the app setup:
- Get Started - Find an In-Sight vision system online, then get instructions on how to activate the vision system and set up scale and nonlinear calibration.
- Tool Setup - Once a part is found, a library of over 22 visual tools is available to inspect the part.
- Configure - Point-and-click communication setup makes it easy to select data to send and the protocol to use to communicate with a PLC, robot, or HMI for data collection and results storage.
- Finish - In deployment mode, colorful tool graphics, results tables, and rollover controls for image review simplifies application troubleshooting and identifying faulty parts.
