In-Sight is suitable for cylindrical reading applications, reading in instrument sensor environments with little sample contact area, and applications requiring high resolution.
Version 5614 is the version that still has the same structural features and physical parameters as the 5603 but shortens the feature to only check the product's ID (1D, 2D code reading, text character reading, Character recognition by optical method (OCR) and Optical Character Verification (OCV).
Extremely high image scanning speed
The In-Sight 5604/5614 takes only 22 microseconds to complete a single line scan on the sample. The CCD light sensitive sensor is designed to receive as much light as possible allowing for sufficient exposure time even at very small micro paper ranges.
High resolution sensor for sharp images
The In-Sight 5604/5146 has a variable resolution range from 1024 x 1 pixels up to 1024 x 8192 pixels maximum, for 8 megapixel images. This is a fairly high resolution image and requires a large processing power from the computer system. High resolution is therefore for specific applications and the In-Sight 5604 is ready to meet this.
Easy to deploy and install
With setup software In-Sight EasyBuilder® even the inexperienced user can operate even the most difficult visual inspection tools.
