The TW infrared temperature sensor is used for precise non-contact temperature measurement of particularly hot objects or objects which are difficult to access, e.g. in the steel, plastics or glass industries. The decisive advantage of these sensors is that no mechanical contact between the object and the sensor is necessary.
The measured value is provided via an analogue output. In addition, a switching output is available which can be used as NC or NO output, depending on the configuration.
The extremely robust stainless steel housing withstands even the most severe industrial applications.
To enable precise temperature measurement, the degree of emission can be quickly and easily set using the pushbuttons and display. The current temperature of the object to be measured is displayed during operation.
