Electric Slide Table SMC

Recently, SMC Corporation introduced electric cylinders (EA - Electric Atuator) for industrial use. Compared with equivalent pneumatic products, electric cylinders have many advantages in terms of flexible control, large impact force as well as the ability to participate in automatic control network throughout the factory.

I. LEY – Rod type

– Easy setup & configuration: just need to set two parameters of Position and Speed

– Long stroke: up to 500mm (LEY32)

- Flexible mounting:

– Direct mounting on 3 sides

– Mounted on the shelf: 3 types

– Possibility to control the position: the cylinder can be controlled to stop and hold the workpiece in any position on the stroke.

II. LEF – Slider type

– Simple and fast installation with two parameters: Location, speed, speed

Compact size: shrinks up to 50%

– Mounts right on the body

– Two transmission options:

– Lead screw / Series LEFS
– Straps / Series LEFB

III. LES – Slide table type

– Simple setting with only 2 parameters: Position & speed

– Compact size (up to 61% reduction compared to conventional products)

– Fast acceleration and great speed:

– Maximum acceleration: 5,000 mm/sec²
– Maximum speed: 400 mm/s

– High precision position control: 0.05mm
